Conservatory Training Program

This two-week program will focus on the fundamentals of acting (movement, speech, voice, improvisation, ensemble effort, and character study), while having an absurd amount of fun. Emphasis will be on onstage confidence, the importance of collaboration, and spontaneity in performance. Run by Andy’s alumni, the conservatory will culminate in an informal performance.

John C. Russell Playwrights Lab

Tickets $7

Young writers and directors will work with professionals to create and produce short plays, culminating in public performances.  Staged readings of works created by Andy’s kids, under the direction of Henry Akona.

Apprentice Program

Ages 12 & up
FREE

Apprentices work closely with professional artists in all aspects of theater production, including set painting, lighting, set design, costuming, special effects, box office and stage management. Flexible scheduling throughout the summer.

Auditions for Mainstage Shows are held in March.
